I’ve spent 20 years behind the camera, and I still love this work. What I kept noticing, though, was that the education out there for photographers who want to learn headshots hasn’t kept up with how the work actually looks today. Most of it was written years ago, for a market that doesn’t really exist anymore.
So I started The Headshot Xperience.
LA is where most headshot trends begin before they show up anywhere else, and I wanted to build the education I wish I’d had earlier in my own career: real technique, real client psychology, and real business skills, shared by someone who is still in the studio doing the work.
I’m not a content creator. I’m a photographer, and this is me sharing what I know and how much I love this craft. You won’t find rigid “methods” or step-by-step roadmaps here. What you’ll find is the confidence to approach your work your own way, and skills that stay with you in every scenario. It’s built to keep evolving with the industry, so you never have to play catch-up.
